LOLA Running offers spring and summer group training runs in addition to free Saturday Social Runs. Please note:

Get ready for a race or simply to stay fit with a fun and social group. Training locations vary every week and there are options for different abilities and levels. Choose from one or two days a week with morning or evening options on each day. Details will be included in a weekly email with information about the upcoming week.
