The Group

LOLA Runners (formerly LOCOFit) is a running group based in Louisville, Colorado. It is a diverse and inclusive group of all ages, and all levels of runners. We have free Saturday social runs, an option for seasonal paid training, social events, group races, and a whole lotta fun. If you want to come and give us a try, join us for one of our Saturday morning runs. We promise to greet you with a smile and help make the miles go by faster!

The Coach

Leslie Hoffmann has been a physical therapist and a runner for over 30 years.  She graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Dakota Physical Therapy Program and has been working in orthopedic settings her entire career.  She is certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling and has completed numerous advanced continuing education classes. She has completed the USATF level 1 coaching class.  Her coaching experience includes volunteering for the Centaurus High School cross country team and coaching for LoCO fit and Revolution Running.  She has been a member of the Runner’s Roost Racing Team for 10 years. 

Leslie believes in working together in a partnership to allow each person to achieve their own unique goals related to health, well-being, and fitness.  Her education-based approach gives you the tools needed to take care of your body and to train with confidence.
